The product and service of Sin Espías grants you the right of using the product in an unlimited way during the period under which you have subscribed.
This service is provided on a monthly basis, that is, it has a fixed cost of 16 euros per month whether you use it or not. Thus, there are no use limits.
Therefore, the amount of money you shall pay will always be 16 euros by way of absolute availability of the service, regardless of the use of it, that is, whether you decide to use the service to a greater or lesser extent or you decide not to make use of it.
It is a service of Personal and Non-transferable character.
SERVICE CHANGES
SILICOM INTERNET S.L. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the service. Every time a change be done in the terms and conditions of the service clients will be notified of such changes with 5 days notice.
CONDITIONS OF USE
The Private discharge Service client agrees to respect the following terms:
- It is not allowed to share the account without previous authorization. SILICOM INTERNET S.L. reserves the right to suspend service if the client fails to comply with this point or if there is an abnormal use of this service with no previous notice.
- Once the subscribed period has expired, SILICOM INTERNET S.L will renew it automatically for the same period of time, except as otherwise stated by the client. In case the client wants to cancel the service, she/he shall notify the decision before the 15th day of the last contracted month.

ADVICES: Sin Espías recommends you to safeguard your user’s name and password, which will be shown on the page after payment be done, and will be sent to you, after registration be confirmed, to a safe place so that you can recover those data in case you lose them or forget them.

The personal data provided in the application form will be filed in SILICOM INTERNET S.L. customer portfolio.

The sole purpose of requesting data is to create a client file and collect the payment of the Sin Espías service.
By filling the form and sending it, the registered agrees to an automated treatment of the data so that we can provide the client with the requested service, and thus, we will be able to email notifications about the contracted service.
The client has the right to enter the file, to correct, or to cancel the data provided as stated by the Data Protection Law. If the user decides to cancel the membership, the data will be erased.
