Alter scan is over you will be able to view all the found infections, their seriousness of the infection, and the files and/or processes infected.

On the left of each threat appears a cross which you may select. If you do this, the infection will be automatically removed from the ignored infections list.

After an infection goes to the ignored infections list, it will never again appear in the infection list, except you remove (again) that infection from the ignored infections list.

By clicking on the “clean infections” button, the cleaning of those unselected infections will start automatically.
