Our support department checks carefully all the reports they receive (see the above section to learn how to send a report), and classifies possible keyloggers or mouse to eliminate them easily.

Therefore, in order to clean your computer of keyloggers, you will have to scan for infections and clean them.

The main problem when someone close to us spies us is that such person can have access to our computer, she/he can manipulate the results and can add a keylogger to the list of ignored infections.

Therefore, if you suspect that someone spies your computer, folow these simple operations every time you start running your computer:

1º Go to the ignored infections list and check that the list be empty or that only the elements that you have introduced are there. In case you find a keylogger in the list, you will know that someone is spying you and that person does not want you to notice it. Remove it from the list and go back to scan for infections.

2º Go to the “Anti Keyloggers” section and check that there is no new keyloggers. In this list you will find totally benign keyloggers (they belong to keyboard controllers). However, it is not common that the number of keyloggers installed “increases”. If you have any question about the objects of this section, go to the messenger centre and send us a report. We will check it and send you the results.

The Anti-Keyloggers section is a picture of the programs that are currently capturing your computer keyboard. However, you have to know how to use it or, as we have previously said, send a report if you have a question.
