If you want to clean infections automatically, read this chapter.
1º Click Smart Scan:
2º Wait until the scan is finished. If there are no results, it means that your computer is free of infections. In case that the computer is infected, a list with all the infections of the computer will be shown in the window.
In such a case, click the clean button.
If you think that your computer still has an infection, click on the “Send Report” button and our technical service will check in detail if there is some infection or if there is a component to uninstall from your computer.
When sending a report to the technical service you can choose to make it public or not. Public reportswill be seen by all persons visiting our support centre, and they will be useful in case you want an opinion from other persons (friends or users of a spyware-related forum).
